| Research Abstract |
具体的な本年度の研究実績は下記の通りである。
①論文執筆：「A new approach to identify the economic effects of disclosure: Information content of business risk disclosures in Japanese firms」および「How is an auditor involved with corporate business risk disclosure?」を執筆した。
②研究報告：「A new approach to identify the economic effects of disclosure: Information content of business risk disclosures in Japanese firms」を国内海外学会において報告を行った。主な学会としては、The European Finance Association (Cambridge, August, 2013) および日本会計研究学会（名古屋、2013年9月）である。また、「How is an auditor involved with corporate business risk disclosure?」については、European Accounting Associaiton (Paris, May, 2013)およびAmerican accounting Association (Anaheim, August, 2013)で報告を行った。
③論文投稿：上記の2つの論文に加えて過年度より取り組んでいる「Stock option awards: Effects on firm performance and risk-taking during Japan`s corporate governance reforms」を海外ジャーナルに投稿している。
