Research Abstract

We synthesized a nucleoside phosphoramidite containing aaminothiophenol structure for cross-link with 5-formyl-2 ' -deoxyuridine.Oligodeoxyribonucleotide (ODN) were also synthesized by DNA synthesizer, and deprotectedand purified. The reaction between ODN containing aminothiophenol and 5-formy-2 ' -deoxyuridine was investigated on the complementary template ODN. We also designed thesequence of ODNs by computational modeling.
