Research Abstract |
We have studied spin Seebeck effect of half metal compounds, Co_2CrAl, Co_2Cr_<1-x>Fe_xAl, and Co_2Cr_<1-x>Mn_xAl. The spin Seebeck voltage changed with substitution amount x, indicating the relation between the voltage and saturation magnetization.
