Research Abstract |
In this study, I developed a light irradiation specimen holder system for in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation of photo functionalized materials such as photocatalysts. The TEM specimen holder includes a SiO2 rod so that a specimen can be irradiated with UV-visible lights, and a gas nozzle so that gas can flow toward the specimen. Furthermore, electric fields of photo functionalized materials under light irradiation were analyzed by electron holography.
