Research Abstract |
Recently, an importance of cancer in cause of death is increasing, especially in advanced nations. To improve the new class of anticancer agent, the synthetic study of versipelostatin(VST) A, a microbe derived molecular chaperon suppressor, is performed. In this research program, syntheses of all fragment required for VST synthesis including its specific part, spirotetronate fragment was achieved.
