Research Abstract |
It is very important to discover a novel bioactive peptide to the orphan receptor. I have discovered 5 novel bioactive peptides in Drosophila, a useful model organism. I tried application to mammal, insect and crustacean. Therefore, I observed that dRYamide modulate feeding behavior and cardiovascular system in mouse and promote hiding sand behavior. CCHamide stimulate feeding behavior in insect.
