Research Abstract |
In this study, we try to develop the new high-sensitivity BLV detection system using high-activity transactivation Tax protein. We construct High-Tax expression vector, and introduced to HeLa cells, and confirmed that the functions such as localization, G1 arrest, apoptosis inducing, did not changed for wild type and high-tax. Additionally, we performed cDNA microarray analysis and determined that Tax protein controlled cell cycle, transactivation, cell proliferation and immunity.
