| Research Abstract |
We developed a sensitive and robust method to determine PIPs with different fatty acid compositions by using tandem mass spectrometry. This established analytical method was applicable to various biological samples such as cells and mouse tissues. In this research, we found that fatty acid compositions of PIPs had diversity.
