| Research Abstract |
MGL-deficient mice and cPLA(2)alpha-deficient mice were subjected to LPS-induced fever model. Febrile response was lost in MGL-deficient mice, suggesting MGL is involved in hypothalamic prostaglandin E2 production during fever.
