| Research Abstract |
In this study, we demonstrated that the 2B viroporin from encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) activates NLRP3 inflammasome by increasing intracellular Ca2+ levels. In addition, measles virus V protein was found to be inhibit the activation of the NLRP3.
