Research Abstract |
Personalized medicine based on appropriate molecular biomarkers is hoped to improve prognoses of lung cancer patients. Biomarker analyses with circulating tumor cells or cell-free DNA (i.e., liquid biopsy) are quick, simple and non-invasive for advanced lung cancer patients. I established a rapidly and simultaneously detecting system of multiple genetic alterations from limited amounts of samples for efficiently selecting therapeutic populations.
