Research Abstract |
I investigated the role of Pin1 in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), using Pin1 KO mice. Pin1 KO mice showthe resistance to fatty liver, cytokine inflammation and fibrosis. These results indicate that Pin1 is an important regulator of NASH.
