| Research Abstract |
We recently identified a novel gene, transformed follicular lymphoma (TFL). We established TFL KO mice. We generated an experimental model of autoimmune encephalitis using TFL KO mice. Brain inflammation in KO mice showing paralysis prolonged compared with wild mice. The lymphocyte subsets infiltrating inthe brain were significantly shifted to Th17+.
