| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
無機リン酸の細胞内輸送に関わるIII型ナトリウムーリン酸共輸送担体であるPiT-1の機能については不明な点が多い。よってヒト野生型PiT-1およびリン酸輸送能を欠くPiT-1変異体PiT-1[S128A]を使用し、細胞内へのリン輸送と細胞外無機リン酸シグナル応答性との関連について検討する予定である。またマウスを使用し、食事として摂取したリンが腎臓でのPit-1の発現および局在変化について与える影響について検討する。
