Research Abstract

A domain of HMGB1, the BoxA, competes with HMGB1 for binding receptors and attenuates HMGB1-induced inflammation. We transfected the Adex-BoxA to the hepatocytes, and western blot analysis showed a stronger expression of A box protein in the culture super
