Research Abstract |
In intestinal stress rat model, the component of the Sonic hedgehog pathway was up-regulated and tight junction (Occludin, Claudin, ZO-1) was down-regulated. In cancer stem cell (CSC), Sonic hedgehog pathway was correlated with CSC.
