Research Abstract |
Adhesion formations are important causes of intestinal obstruction and can lead to infertility in women. This study indicated that angiotensin type 1receptorantagonist, candesartan, can reduce plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 mRNA expression using experimental model of peritoneal adhesions.
