Research Abstract

In this study, we investigated the transcriptional regulation and the functions of novel candidate SF-1-target genes (ferredoxin1 (FDX1), ferredoxin reductase (FDXR) and glutathione-S-transferase A3 (GSTA3)) in ovarian granulosa cells.These results indicated that FDX1, FDXR and GSTA3 are directly regulated by SF-1 in ovarian granulosa cells, and contribute to ovarian steroidogenesis.
