Research Abstract |
Serines 328, 378 and 383 on GCMa are phosphorylated by the PKC- and MEK-dependent signaling pathway. The phosphorylation of GCMa contributes to enhance its degradationby increase of the ubiquitination level as well as its transcriptional activity.
