Research Abstract |
Nucleotide-dependent flavoenzyme (NADPH-p450 reductase) mobilized reductively iron from ferritin. In cultured bovine aortic endothelial cells, lidocaine and procaine, local anesthetics, inhibited the activity of nitric oxide synthase which is one of reducing agents of iron.
