Research Abstract |
In the present study, the mechanism of HIF-2 alpha on transformation of oral squamous cell cartinoma cells into cancer stem cells during hypoxia has been investigated, and thereby, HIF-2 alpha have been shown as a molecular target for a novel therapeutic strategy against cancer-stem-cell-like cells.
