Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to develop the nursing support model of the female who had the multiple pregnancy diagnosed. I interviewed pregnant women about the diagnostic experience of multiple pregnancy, and conducted the survey by the questionnaire of a multiple-pregnancy nursing to an outpatient-department nurse. The diagnosis of the multiple pregnancy in the participant in this study was the experience beyond an imagination of self, and they felt the difficult for the coping. It is important for a nurse to begin nursing support immediately after their multiple-pregnancy diagnosis.
