Research Abstract |
To produce offspring from pre-analyzed sperm, sperm DNA was replicated using androgenic embryos. Sister blastomeres from androgenic 2-cell embryos were individually fused to MIT oocytes to analyze sperm chromosomes and to produce offspring with known male chromosome constitutions. Also, Calyculin A facilitated the procedure in chromosome analysis of blastomere. These results demonstrated that sperm chromosome screening was successfully established.
