Research Abstract |
iPS cells are capable to be induced to ameloblasts when iPS cells were cultured with ameloblastin (Ambn) high expression dental epithelial cell line SF2-24, or cultured in the presence of conditioned medium (CM) of SF2-24 culture supernatant. Additionally, it is indicated that soluble factors such as Ambn, NT-4 and BMP, secreted from SF2 cells to culture medium, perform an important role for differentiation iPS cellsinto ameloblasts.
