| Research Abstract |
We identified members of the miR-34 family as regulators of osteoblast proliferation and differentiation. Osteoblast-specific gain- and loss-of-function experiments revealed that miR-34 affected bone mass accrual. Theseresults indicate that microRNA is a physiological regulatory factor of bone remodeling.
