Research Abstract |
Nursing depends on teams to carry out its mission and objectives. The importance of effective teamwork in nursing cannot avoid interpersonal conflict. Effective teamwork positively related to avoid inter personal conflict “avoiding style”. Avoiding style has been associated with withdrawal, externalization of discord. Results suggest that to develop effective teamwork is required that nurses do not avoid interpersonal conflict.
