フレキシブルセンサの高感度化およびフレキシブル発光素子の機械的、環境安定性の向上、さらにはダメージフリープロセスによる両者の集積化を実現し、センシングとデーター出力を備えた自立型フレキシブルセンサシステムの創出を目指した研究である。
