Ideas and Economy: Comparative Political Economic Thought from Early Modern to Modern Japanの観点から，(1)は，平井 俊顕 (著)『ヴェルサイユ体制対ケインズ―説得の活動/ニュー・リベラリズム/新たな経済学』上智大学出版，2022, pp.535について，HISTORY OF ECONOMIC IDEAS (ISBN 978-4-324-11156-7), Pisa-Roma, Vol.31 No.1, June 2023に，本研究の主旨である制度化に伴うリスクと不確実性の比較経済思想の観点から，英文で寄稿したものである．(3)と(4)については，人文科学・社会科学分野の学術書を扱うRoutledgeを通じて出版予定のA History of Japanese Economic Thought, Editor: Aiko Ikeo, Prospective authors: Mikio Nishioka (Doshisha University) and Ko Ochiai (Aoyamagakuin University)の英文原稿である．（2）は（4）の内容骨子の学会発表したものである．

研究課題名 Ideas and Economy: Comparative Political Economic Thought from Early Modern to Modern Japanの基盤を構成する， Dazai Shundai’s Political Economy and “Institution Establishment” in relation to Ito Jinsai, Yamagata Banto, and Honda Toshiakiの内容がほぼ出来上がり，次に主要な構成部分である“Enriching the country” in Yokoi Shonan and his strategic framework of “the opening of Japan to the world”， Markets, Regions, and “Institutional Building” in “Governing a Nation and Providing Relief to People”，あるいは「関一の『大大阪』構想と英国新古典派からの発想―マーシャルと近代大阪」，そしてこれを包括する問題意識である「都市と日本の経済社会思想を『三都』＜京（京都），江戸（東京），そして大坂（大阪）＞の視点から眺める」の端緒を得たと考えることができた点がその主な理由である．

研究課題名 Ideas and Economy: Comparative Political Economic Thought from Early Modern to Modern Japanの根幹を構成する， Dazai Shundai’s Political Economy and “Institution Establishment” in relation to Ito Jinsai, Yamagata Banto, and Honda Toshiaki，“Enriching the country” in Yokoi Shonan and his strategic framework of “the opening of Japan to the world”， Markets, Regions, and “Institutional Building” in “Governing a Nation and Providing Relief to People”，あるいは「関一の『大大阪』構想と英国新古典派からの発想」，そしてこれを包括する「都市と『三都』＜京（京都），江戸（東京），そして大坂（大阪）＞の比較経済思想」，そして近代都市思想の先覚者としての山本覚馬と西郷菊次郎などの革新と伝統の日本の経済思想の実態解明の分析と実証を推進していく所存です．

近世・近現代統計資料雑誌，大坂・懐徳堂関係史雑誌，横井小楠にかかわる内外業績の史料雑誌，大都市公衆衛生政策にかかわる都市社会投資（公益事業含む），あるいは深井英五の前半生と彼の後年の近代日本経済の政策認識にかかわる関連業績を含めた雑誌資料，日本金融政策史関係などを重視する視点から．あるいはデータマイニング・テキストマイニング，あるいはUSBストレージなどのパソコン関連消耗品が計上されているのは，広く研究成果を発信して，世界・社会・国民に還元する方策として，不可欠であるという観点からである．
さらに本研究の核の一つである横井小楠の活動の前半は彼の生国・熊本において占められている，また研究成果発表（東京）は，本研究の目的を達成するためのコミュニケーション拠点・2025年3月に公刊予定しているA History of Japanese Economic Thoughtのコンサルタント拠点，本研究の具体的な成果報告の場が東京を本拠とする日本経済思想史学会と密接不可分だからである．
研究成果公表・掲載のための欧文校閲費を含む，日本から発信していくための英文校正費を計上が不可欠である．日本から世界・欧米に発信していくためには，Native校閲・編集会社の手を経なければ，学術論文掲載や正式な公表は，事実上不可能なことに基づいている．これに付随して，当該研究遂行経費(印刷費）も必須である．
