| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study investigated cryopreservation methods to acquire preservation techniques for organs in regenerative medicine. Using an organ culture method with mouse tooth germs, we analyzed the effects of culture and preservation under different low-temperature conditions on organ development. The results showed that preservation at 25°C maintained the regeneration capacity of the tooth germs better than at 4°C. This finding suggests that mild hypothermic conditions could be a new preservation strategy for regenerated organs.
