Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I conducted a literature review, designed a survey, and collected data. I published three papers. 1. Peltokorpi, V. (2022). When embeddedness hurts: The moderating effects of job embeddedness on the relationships between work-to-family conflict and voluntary turnover, emotional exhaustion, guilt, and hostility. The International Journal of Human Resource Management, 33(10), 2019-2051. 2. Peltokorpi, V., & Michel, J. (2021). The moderating effect of core self-evaluations between the relationships of work-family conflict and voluntary turnover, job promotions, and physical health. Stress and Health, 37(1), 162-174. 3. Rubenstein, A., Peltokorpi, V., Allen, D. G. (2020). Work-home and home-work conflict and voluntary turnover: A conservation of resources explanation for contrasting moderation effects on on- and off-the-job embeddedness. Journal of Vocational Behavior, 119, 103413.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
In 2020, I conducted literature review and published a paper on work-family conflict. In 2021, planned my surveys, collected data for my research project, and published a paper on work-family conflict. In 2022 and 2023, I plan to collect more data for my research project. I plan to analyze the data in 2022 and 2023 and write papers to be presented in academic conferences and subsequently submitted to academic journals.
