Outline of Annual Research Achievements

I conducted a literature review, designed a survey, and collected data. I published three papers.

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

In principle, my research project is proceeding as planned. However, my data collection has been delayed due to the COVID-19.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

In 2020, I conducted literature review and published a paper on work-family conflict. In 2021, planned my surveys, collected data for my research project, and published a paper on work-family conflict. In 2022 and 2023, I plan to collect more data for my research project. I plan to analyze the data in 2022 and 2023 and write papers to be presented in academic conferences and subsequently submitted to academic journals.
