Outline of Final Research Achievements

I verified the barrier which obstructs institutionalization of the family support with which a social worker is concerned. Specifically, I collected and verified the practice cases about the influence of a "self-responsibility theory" and "the personalization theory of a family problem" which Japanese life culture produced. Based on the result, I examined the formation possibility of Japanese deployment of "family social work."
Moreover, I analyzed the collected practice cases using the incident process method with the research partnership person, and examined the necessity for the crossover of "staff training (curriculums, such as a University)" and "a personnel training (in-service training of a practice shopfloor)."

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
