Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は最終年度として、以下の項目について研究を進めおおむね良好に完了した。
１）RI製造ビームラインの定常的運用と整備：　Kコースに加え、本支援で開発作成したFコースの利用が本格稼働し、用途に合わせて両RI製造コースを有効に使用した。
２）Pt-191の製造と白金系抗がん剤薬理作用の研究：　金沢大薬学部との共同研究として、白金系新規抗がん薬候補化合物の薬理的研究を行った。Pt-191とI-125のダブルイメージングにより、その機序の解明に大きく貢献した。
３）At-211の定期的製造と製造・分離・精製法の検討：　At-211の製造条件の詳細検討、化学分離法と精製、濃度と液性について、検討・テストした。結果として90%程度の収率で高純度のAt-211が得られたが、濃度と液性については、さらに検討を続けている。
これらにより、当初の本研究計画の大半が達成されたが、さらに発展的テーマとして、At-211の体内動態と細胞殺傷力の基礎実験を行った。核医学的手法によるがん治療（アルファ線内用療法）を想定し、その基礎研究として、Atイオンの甲状腺集積能の基礎実験、およびCD20抗体にAt-211を標識し、I-131との細胞殺傷能力の比較実験を行った。現在進行中であるが、非常に大きな効果があることが示唆されている。なお、この研究に関連して、アルファ線内用療法の開発を推進する新たな連携研究が医学部と理学部の間で立ちあがった。さらに、昨年度に大学として進めるプロジェクトとして結実した。今後、本経費の成果を元に、さらに多くの種類のAt-211標識癌腫積分子による研究を進める予定である。
