Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The Navier-Stokes equations, which are the master equations of the fluid motion, are considered. In the following four problems, I obtained significant results. [a] discovery of unimodal solutions, [b] study on well-posedness of various model equations for fluid motion,[c] numerical method for computing blow-up solutions, [d] numerical computation of water-waves.
