Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1 北海道COPDコホート研究においては、既に10年目までのフォローアップ期間が終了した。
平成26年度は、5年目までのデータを用いて、COPD患者のQOLの変化とその関連因子について、また、beta2刺激薬とステロイドの合剤による、気管支拡張部位と呼吸機能に関する検討をこなった。今後は、10年目までのデータを用い、COPD患者の予後規定因子に関する検討を予定している。

2 北海道難治性喘息コホート研究においては、既に、難治性喘息127人、軽症～中等症喘息79人の本研究への登録が終了しており、現在最大6年間のフォローアップ期間に入っている。平成26年度においては、初回登録時のデータを用い、クラスター解析による、難治性喘息の患者の分類をおこない、病型分類を試みた。今後は、3年間のフォローアップ期間における、気管支喘息増悪頻度に関する因子の検討をおこなう予定である。

Reason

北海道難治性喘息研究においては、既に初回登録時のデータを用いた解析を論文化しており、今後フォローアップデータを用いた解析も順調に進んでいる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

COPDコホート研究においては、今後10年間のフォローアップデータの解析、気管支喘息コホート研究においては、3~6年間のフォローアップデータを用いた解析を予定している。
