Outline of Final Research Achievements

The nonintegrability, which was stressed by Poincare as ``the fundamental problem of classical mechanics'', is most sensitively detected by remarkable changes in quantum tunneling process, by distorting the complex phase space. Various phases of the paradoxical assertion are investigated.
