力センサの動的誤差補正の高精度化

Research Abstract

本年度は,昨年に引き続き,浮上質量法(Levitation Mass Method: LMM)を用いた力センサの動的校正法における測定精度の向上のために,[1]レーザドップラ速度計における周波数計測手法の改良,および[2]小型力センサの動的特性の評価を行った.
[1] 周波数計測手法の改良:これまで開発してきたZero-crossing Fitting Method (ZFM)では,測定する周波数が変動すると計算後のデータの時間間隔も変動するという特徴があった.このため,その他の時間間隔が一定のデータと比較する際には,線形補間によりその時刻のデータを算出する必要があった.この問題を解決するため,新たにゲート時間一定ZFMを開発した.開発された手法は,計算機シミュレーション上では,これまでの手法と同程度の正確性を持ち,線形補間を用いた場合よりも誤差が小さくなった.本手法により,今までよりも高精度にLMMによる実験データと力センサによる計測データを比較することが可能となった.
[2] 小型力センサの動的特性の評価:定格5Nの力センサを対象とし,大きさ5N以下,半値幅1~2msの衝突力に対する応答を観測した.入力する衝撃力の最大値と誤差の二乗平均値の関係,パルス幅による誤差の変動などを明らかにした.今後,計測された誤差の要因を解明し,それを補正する方法を開発する.
また,LMMの応用例として,様々な弾性材料や,コンニャク,歯ブラシ等の身近な物の衝突試験を行い,本実験で用いる手法が様々な物の動的計測に用いることができることを示した.

周波数推定において,力センサなどのデータと比較するのに適した手法が開発された.現在までの達成度は概ね順調に推移していると考えられる.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

平成25年度に引き続き,浮上質量法による計測精度を向上させるため,実験装置の改良と周波数推定手法の改良を行う.加えて,様々な種類の力センサの動的特性を計測し,それぞれの形式に適した校正手法を開発する.さらに,開発した高精度な動的校正・補正法(動的誤差の校正式・補正式)を組み込んだソフトウェアを開発し,実用性の高いシステムとして提案する.

Expenditure Plans for the Next FY Research Funding

力センサの固定用ホルダの加工費などとして使用予定であったが,予定がキャンセルされたため.
平成26年度の物品費とあわせて使用予定である.
