Outline of Annual Research Achievements

前年度に、シロイヌナズナの分裂組織の形態を確認した。今年度は、agb1, pub4,また、関連突然変異体の分裂組織の形態を再観察し、再現性を確かめた。このことにより、地上部と地下部で、類似の因子を利用する場合と、それぞれ特徴的な因子を利用して幹細胞活性制御系が存在することが明らかとなったが、同じ因子を利用する場合でも、その作用機構については、地上部と地下部ではかなり、異なるということが明らかとなった。
