| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study was quality improvement of rehabilitation medicine by rehabilitation approach for social recovery with traumatic brain injury rehabilitation database.This database was set for acute phase and recovery phase rehabilitation. We developed this for community living phase rehabilitation. We investigated physical function, mental status, cognitive function, ADL, community activity and social recovery level. Our data could not show any significant physical function improvement after recovery phase. And there were many cognitive function disorder persons sfter community living phase. On the other hand, percentage of community rehabilitationa service using was relatively high, and also percentage of cultural activity and sport activity was higher than prediction data. However percentage of non-employmentwas about 45%, welfare employment was about 35%, regular employment was about 20%. From this result, we have to coutribute community activity and employment for them.
