Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to measure the available chlorine (AC) concentration due to the bactericidal activity of electrolyzed water, the electrical conductivity was measured. There was significantly correlation between electrical conductivity and AC concentration(P<0.01). Also, towards cost reduction for commercialization, two apparatus producing slightly acidic to neutral electrolyzed water were developed. These apparatus can greatly support at ordinary home care.
