Outline of Final Research Achievements

We developed a system for collecting insight information of care workers in nursing homes to confirm issues in their services and improve them based on analysis of insight information.
We applied text mining methods to insight information which were collected through actual nursing care service in a nursing home, and found that analysis of mining results was helpful for care workers to find issues in their services and improve them.
