| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
小学生の日常生活全般における身体活動量と近隣の環境要因および親の日常の身体活動量との相互関連を検討した。
日常の身体活動量は、3軸加速度計（Active style Pro HJA-350IT，オムロンヘルスケア）を用いて評価した。中高強度活動(MVPA)に指標として、メッツが3以上の所要時間を、平日の平均値と土日・祝日の平均値を求め、それぞれ5日、2日と重み付けすることによって、個人毎の代表値を求めた。近隣の環境要因の調査は、国際標準化身体活動質問紙環境尺度の日本語版を用いた。体格・体型評価として、対象者の身長および体重の測定を行った。MVPAと居住地域との関係は、共分散分析を用いて、目的変数をMVPA、共変量を性、年齢および肥満度、説明変数を居住地域（東京都および相模原市、京都市、山口市）として評価した。また、居住地域別の近隣の環境要因との関係は、目的変数をMVPA、共変量を性、年齢および肥満度、説明変数を近隣の環境要因として評価した。親子のMVPAの関係は、順位相関分析を行った。
その結果、東京都および相模原市在住の児童は、山口市在住の児童に比較して、MVPAの所要時間に有意な差は見られなかったものの、低い傾向が見られた。また、近隣の環境要因については、地域によってMVPAと「自転車が通行できるレーンがある」あるいは「近所の交通量」との間に有意な関係が見られた。また、親子のMVPAの間には、ほとんど相関が見られなかった。
今後、児童の日常のMVPAについて、居住地域による近隣の環境要因との関連性の違いや、曜日や時間帯を考慮した親子の相関などを、更に詳細に検討する必要がある。
