Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research shows some important viewpoints of home economics education in order for people to make their own independent dietary decisions. Results were acquired from a questionnaire for adults and evaluation of students’ cooking skills. The research proposes the following three important viewpoints; ①Students become aware of improvements in their cooking skills on their own. ②Students easily use their cooking skills in their daily lives.③Students can connect with various other fields through these cooking classes.
