Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This thesis reexamines the Chinese "economic reforms and openness" policy, especially the introduction of foreign capital and the reform of state-owned enterprises, indicators of the policy. The policy has caused the current Chinese economic status, tered "the state advances, the private sector retreats".Inaddition, the thesis discusses the critique whereby the current status is an expression of state capitalism, a topic worth exploring. The enterprises in the city were not only located as a place for production, but also for life. The enterprise was a "unit" society that ran, and guaranteed employment and the life for the workers and their family by various allowances and public welfares. Today "the community" which is based society of a city attracts attention. I searched the way of roles and relationship of the government, the enterprise, and the workers under the "socialist market economy" system which is symbolized in the shift from "unit" society to "community" society.
