Surrounded by regional devoted teacher, close friends, and many classics, Shiki learned Kansi with an enterprising spirit. So He accumulated enrich experience of the appreciation and creation.This vast stock of poetical knowledge and its technical skill, connected with grasping Chinese poems from the progressive view of history, expanded the development of short poems suitable for modern Japan, invented creative activity in collaboration with Haiku and Tanka. It can safely be said that this is very significant for formation of modern literature with field of sphere in East Asian poetry.
