Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The T'ien-sheng Statutes(T'ien-sheng ling) newly discovered in China is used and the Taiho Statutes(Taiho-ryo)which is an organic act of Japan is studied its uniquness.There were the following results. ⅰ,Examination of surviving chapters in the T'ien-sheng Statutes proves that a method for making uniquness in Taiho Statutes.ⅱ,Examination of the Statutes on Households(hu ling / ko-ryo),Arable Land(t'ien ling / den-ryo)and Taxation in Goods and Labor(fu-i ling / buyaku-ryo) proves that Taiho Statutes adjusts actual situation in 7th century.ⅲ,The actual situation and its meaning of a Land division provided in Arable Land(cho) become clear in 7th and 8th century.ⅳ,The making of the T'ien-sheng Statutes bibliography and the konin Regulation data.
