Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Intergovernmental fiscal relations are provided in the Constitution in Germany. These provisions reflect German form of federal system-a cooperative federal system. In the 2000s the revision of these was argued to define the relation between the federal state called Bund and menber states called Laender. But the revision of the framework of fiscal relations was not realized. This conclusion means that German has chosen the cooperative federal system again.
