The aim of this study is to investigate the development of Japan and Korea education expenses support system from the viewpoint of comparative public law studies.
In this study I analyzed (1)the historical development of education expenses support system in Japan and Korea,(2)a status quo of meal support system for children that can’t afford meals in Korea,(3)the process of development in an aid to families with school children on education expenses law system in Japan.
