Outline of Final Research Achievements

Productivity of state owned enterprises had been boost even in a planned economy era of China, they had not seriously received influence in long term from social and political disorder such as Great Leap Forward, Cultural Revolution.
State owned enterprises which should obey government's order made decision by themselves under certain situations those days such as lack of materials, labors, working capital and so on. Inefficiency of resource allocation had not been able to improve until the start of economic reform.
