Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、我が国の企業家活動の活力を高めるために、実態としてどのような日本的な課題が産業のエコシステム（生態系）の変化の中で存在しているのか、明らかにすることである。本年度は、サイエンス型産業ならびに文化型産業内のフィールドにおけるケーススタディを積み上げ、企業家のキャリア戦略の節目とベンチャー組織の成長や出口戦略との関連性について、分析を行い、考察を進めた。
