| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
日本のITベンダーは、ユーザー企業の要求水準の高度化、日進月歩の技術革新への対応、中国・インド等の新規参入者との競争・協調などの経営課題を抱えている。しかし、ソフトウェア技術戦略を構想するための実証研究は限定的に行われている。そこで、経済産業省/情報処理推進機構（METI/IPA）と共同してSE度調査（SEはソフトウェア・エンジニアリングを表す）を実施し、日本のITベンダのソフトウェア構築能力（以下、SE度：資源ベース論と因子分析等により、アウトプット力、プロジェクト管理力、品質管理力、プロセス改善力、開発技術力、人材育成力、顧客接点力の７因子から構成）を測定した一連の研究成果に基づいて、本研究では競争環境とSE度・経営力の経年構造解明のための実証研究とシミュレーションにより、ソフトウェア産業の国際技術戦略設計の指針を示す。
平成27年度は、これまでの研究成果を総括したManagement of Software Engineering Innovation in Japan (Springer)を出版し、関連する招待講演などを行った。本書は以下の内容を含む。1.Introduction to Software Engineering Innovation in Japan; 2. Surveys on Software Engineering Excellence; 3. Statistical Analysis Results and Practical Implications of the SEE Surveys; 4. A Study of the Characteristics of Software Vendors in Japan from a Competitive Environment and Resource-Based Viewpoint; 5. IT Management Effectiveness: An Empirical Study in Japanese Companies; 6. Social Research on IT management Innovation toward Service Science and Science for Society; 7. Agent-Based Modeling of the Software Industry Structure in Japan: Preliminary Consideration of the Influence of Offshoring in China; 8. Hybrid Methods to Predict Scenarios in the Japanese Software Industry
